Batch Load Images

Load a batch of geo-referenced images.

This function allows you to load all the geo-referenced image files in a specific folder into a survey drawing.

The images are automatically placed at the back of the draw order, so as not to cover any other drawing entities.

This function is only applicable to drawings that have survey coordinates.

Procedure

1. Browse to the folder where the geo-referenced images are stored and click OK.

2. If the images have never been used in a drawing before, the program creates a special tiled bitmap file (BFF) for each image in order to speed up redraw speeds. A message window displays for each image.

3. Once complete, the program confirms the number of bitmaps that have been imported.

4. Thereafter, each image file is inserted into the drawing.

5. You can use the Image Manager to switch the display of the images on and off, or to remove them from the drawing.
