This function allows you to regenerate the spatial indexing of the drawing entities.
The spatial index holds information about the 3D position and extents of every entity in the drawing, and is used to accelerate redraw and operations on large numbers of entities.
In very rare circumstances, the spatial index may become corrupt, which can affect the visibility of entities in the drawing. In this case, the function allows you to reset the spatial index.
