Single Line to Multiline Text

Convert single-line text to multiline text.

This function allows you to convert one or more single line text entities into multiline text.

To convert multiple single-line text entities into one multiline text entity, select all the required single-line text entities before starting the function.

Procedure

1. If you have not selected any single-line text entities, you are prompted to:

Indicate single-line text entity to be converted to multiline text

2. Click the text item to be converted.

Multiple Text Entities

1. If you have selected one or more single-line entities, the following message displays.

2. Click Yes to convert the single-line text entities into one multiline text entity.

3. The multiline text entity has the text style of the first single-line text entity.
