LWPolyline to 3D Polyline

Convert a lightweight polyline to a 3D polyline.

This function allows you to convert 2D Polylines (LW Polyline in the Properties Bar) to 3D Polylines (Polyline in the Properties Bar).

Procedure

  1. Select Tools ► LWPolyline to 3D polyline.

  2. You will be prompted to:

Indicate lightweight polyline to convert (Escape to exit)

  1. Click on a LWPolyline and it will be converted to a 3D Polyline.

  1. The function will repeat until you quit by pressing [Esc].

Any segment widths or bulges in the LWPolyline will be lost when converting to a 3D polyline.
