Drawing

This function allows you to draw the arc by entering the centre point and the start and end point of the arc.

You can also enter the angle you want the arc to cover or the length of the arc, by using the options on the Control Bar.

If your Drawing Plane normal is anti-parallel to your View normal, i.e. the View is top and the Drawing Plane is bottom, it appears as if the arc is being drawn clockwise from the start point. It is, however, anti-clockwise in the co-ordinate system of the arc, which is the same as the Drawing Plane.

Procedure

  1. You are prompted to:

Indicate centre point of arc

  1. Position the cursor over the desired centre position and click or press [Enter].

  2. You are prompted to Indicate second point in the arc.
